Equipment fleet management encompasses all activities involved in overseeing, maintaining, servicing and optimising an inventory of physical assets. These may include equipment, machinery, vehicles or any other assets used within a company or organisation.
This course develops your skills in maintaining and managing a fixed or mobile equipment fleet to improve your company's operational performance. In particular, you will learn to assess requirements, establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and use an integrated management system. You will also explore team management before focusing on planning and managing equipment use in operations.
This 2-day programme comprises 5 modules, each supported by practical case studies. At the end of the session, you will have the opportunity to assess your learning through a multiple-choice questionnaire.
