Presentation
Investing in a project is always a commitment to the future. Ideas are plentiful, but which should you choose? An organisation's investment capacity is inherently limited, and successful business strategy is not a matter of chance.
How do you assess a project's relevance? How can you ensure selected projects deliver the expected results and benefits on schedule?
Although no one can predict the future, simple, proven techniques support realistic forecasts and effective monitoring, making project decisions and management more reliable and improving the chances of achieving intended outcomes.
This course provides a systematic approach to managing projected and actual project results.
