The Professional Scrum Master Advanced (PSM II) training is designed for experienced Scrum Masters who want to deepen their skills and knowledge of the Scrum framework. At an advanced level, it will enable you to master Scrum principles and practices in order to become a more effective leader and coach for your teams.
The program combines theoretical sessions, hands-on workshops, and real case studies. It is ideal for those seeking to enhance their expertise, solve complex problems, and maximize the value delivered by their teams. In addition, these Scrum courses provide an opportunity to share experiences, discuss challenges, and work on concrete solutions with the guidance of an experienced trainer.
