The Professional Scrum Master Advanced (PSM II) training is designed for experienced Scrum Masters who want to deepen their skills and knowledge of the Scrum framework. At an advanced level, it will enable you to master Scrum principles and practices in order to become a more effective leader and coach for your teams.
The program combines theoretical sessions, hands-on workshops, and real case studies.
