Presentation
Microsoft Teams is much more than a videoconferencing tool: it is a central collaborative workspace that transforms organisational productivity. This one-day Teams training course is designed to help you master this environment, moving beyond basic messaging to genuinely structured project management.
Through a practical learning approach, you will learn to create and organise teams and channels, schedule and lead effective professional meetings, and centralise documents to prevent information from becoming scattered. You will also discover how to use real-time co-authoring features to make collaboration smoother.
By the end of the course, you will be able to use Teams independently in your daily work: organise your digital workspace, communicate effectively with colleagues and manage access permissions to keep exchanges secure. You will also adopt Teams best practices that strengthen consistency across your organisation.
