Presentation

This course follows four stages through which participants progressively learn to:

  • Master Lean principles and apply them to their own context.
  • Use Lean project management tools and methods: assessment, improvement workshops and deployment.
  • Structure and lead a Lean project team.
  • Manage an ongoing project to simplify processes and improve flow.

Objectives

This course teaches participants to build a Lean dashboard, size a Lean project in terms of time, resources and stages, and adapt a general project structure to a Lean challenge.
