Presentation
P3O® (Portfolio, Programme, and Project Offices) is a model and set of guidelines for project management offices (PMOs) and organisational governance. It focuses on portfolio, programme and project management within an organisation. P3O® is often used alongside other project management methodologies and frameworks, such as PRINCE2® (PRojects IN Controlled Environments) and MSP® (Managing Successful Programmes).
This course is primarily designed for professionals seeking a general understanding of the P3O® model and its guidance. It covers the P3O method, models, tools, techniques and implementation. Theory is complemented by practical multiple-choice exercises and case studies.
By the end of this 3-day course, you will also be prepared to earn P3O® Foundation certification through a mock exam (see the Certification tab for more information). This certification is required to progress to higher levels, such as P3O Practitioner.
