Presentation
This course develops the skills needed to deploy and manage agile methods within an operational unit, drawing on PMP® project management principles, methods and tools.
Participants learn to assess organisational agile maturity, analyse stakeholder needs, build a deployment plan, coordinate teams and manage dependencies. The programme also covers governance, planning and resources, risk and change management, collaboration tools, performance monitoring through KPIs, change support and continuous improvement. These topics reflect the different components of the PMP curriculum provided.
The course combines methodological instruction, application of PMP® project management tools and hands-on exercises, with specific preparation for RS7266 certification assessments.
At the end of the course, participants undertake the RS7266 professional certification – “Mettre en œuvre les méthodes agiles au sein d’une unité opérationnelle” (Implementing agile methods within an operational unit), awarded by CROSSTHINK, as well as the PMP® exam.

Objectives
By the end of this course, you will be able to:
- Identify project management fundamentals and distinguish predictive, agile and hybrid approaches;
