Presentation
In a workplace shaped by cultural diversity and mobility, preventing abuse such as harassment and exploitation has become an ethical and legal imperative. Organisations must manage risks associated with power dynamics and ensure the safety of employees and beneficiaries.
This 3-day course gives you the tools to establish a robust safeguarding culture. You will learn to map vulnerability risks, write an appropriate ethics charter and establish secure reporting channels to handle incidents rigorously.
The aim is to equip you to design a comprehensive protection policy. You will leave with a methodological framework for training teams, managing investigations and overseeing your organisation's CSR compliance, protecting both people and reputation.
