Presentation
Procuring services is different from a conventional purchase, because the deliverable is intellectual in nature. Its value cannot be assessed in the same way as other types of purchases. There are also several risks associated with the service provider, starting with the risk of failing to meet the need if the service is of poor quality.
This course will help you assess your needs accurately and establish a secure procurement process. It will enable you to find the right provider, determine appropriate remuneration and anticipate potential risks and difficulties. In particular, it will address intellectual property and help you negotiate the terms of a quality service with your providers.
During this 2-day program, you will take part in scenarios and draft a contract on a subject related to your professional field. This will help you integrate the best methods and tools and apply them in your working environment.
