Presentation
Agile project management in IT is an iterative, collaborative approach designed to adapt to rapid changes and evolving project requirements. Unlike traditional methods, agility emphasises flexibility, continuous communication and frequent delivery of working features. It encourages stakeholder involvement, team self-organisation and continuous improvement, maximising the value delivered and responding effectively to customer needs.
This 2-day training programme explores the fundamental principles of agility, agile development practices with XP, and effective project management with Scrum. You will also discover scaled agile methods such as SAFe and LeSS, together with agile software engineering and automation practices.
Finally, you will learn to implement an agile culture within your organisation and manage change. Interactive workshops, including practical exercises and case studies, let you apply your knowledge and develop your expertise to deliver your agile projects successfully.
