ISO 9001 Lead Implementer: Quality Management

This ISO 9001 Lead Implementer training course will provide you with the knowledge and prerequisites needed to guide an organization in deploying a quality management approach and, more specifically, in implementing a QMS compliant with ISO 9001. Attending the ISO 9001 Lead Implementer training course requires the following prerequisites:

The PECB Certified ISO 9001 Lead Implementer exam meets the requirements of the PECB examination and certification program. It covers the following competency domains:
- Fundamental principles and concepts of a Quality Management System (QMS);
- Managing a Quality Management System;
- Planning and implementing a QMS based on ISO 9001;
- Performance evaluation, monitoring, and measurement of a QMS based on ISO 9001;
- Continuous improvement of a QMS based on ISO 9001;
- Preparing for a QMS certification audit.
Upon successfully passing the exam, and provided you meet the requirements, you may apply for one of the following four certifications:
- PECB Certified ISO 9001 Provisional Implementer: no professional experience required; signing the PECB Code of Ethics is mandatory;
- PECB Certified ISO 9001 Implementer: two years of professional experience, including one year in quality management; 200 hours of project activities; signing the PECB Code of Ethics is mandatory;
- PECB Certified ISO 9001 Lead Implementer: five years of professional experience, including two years in quality management; 300 hours of project activities; signing the PECB Code of Ethics is mandatory;
- PECB Certified ISO 9001 Senior Lead Implementer: ten years of professional experience, including seven years in quality management; 1,000 hours of project activities; signing the PECB Code of Ethics is mandatory.
