The Product Manager, or product lead, holds a strategic role in a Lean enterprise, overseeing a product or product range from concept to market. The Product Owner is equally important, maximising the value of the development team's work. This role includes creating and defining Product Backlog objectives.
This SAFe® POPM course explores the responsibilities of both roles in Agile delivery. You will learn customer-focused product design through Scaled Agile Framework® 6 to generate value faster. You will also learn to collaborate with development teams and stakeholders, create epics, features and stories, and define, prioritise, build, test and deliver products with improved productivity and quality.
These skills prepare you for the online SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager (POPM) certification exam.
