Presentation
In demanding professional environments, with frequent changes and intense pressure to deliver results, managing stress is an essential skill for maintaining balance and performance and contributing to a healthy workplace.
This course helps participants understand how stress works, identify their own stress factors and recognise its physical, emotional, cognitive and behavioural signs. It also offers practical tools for preventing excessive stress, supporting recovery, regulating tension and responding more appropriately to difficult workplace situations.
The course combines theoretical input, experience sharing, self-assessment exercises, role plays and the development of an individual action plan.
