Staff representatives (DP) are management's main contacts for dealing with day-to-day disputes and also help ensure compliance with legislation and agreements within the company. Such a mandate cannot be exercised without preparation.
In this two-day course delivered by a labour inspector, you will learn about the legal and practical aspects of a staff representative's mandate and the role they should play within the company.
