Today, thanks to rapid technological advances, artificial intelligence (AI) is nearly everywhere. It is becoming widespread across many sectors, but its evolution requires specific skills to ensure proper use while respecting ethical standards.
This training is designed to provide you with practical skills in the implementation and responsible management of an Artificial Intelligence Management System (AIMS) in compliance with the ISO/IEC 42001 standard, published in 2023. It will provide you with essential knowledge, introduce you to best practices for AI implementation, and give you a governance model that allows seamless integration within your organization.
At the end of this program, and after passing the exam, you will be able to obtain the official title of PECB Certified ISO/IEC 42001 Lead Implementer (more information available in the certification section).
Objectives
By the end of the ISO/IEC 42001 Lead Implementer training, you will be able to:
- Understand the principles and operation of an Artificial Intelligence Management System (AIMS) based on the ISO/IEC 42001:2023 standard
- Know the specific requirements of ISO/IEC 42001 related to the role of Lead Implementer of an AIMS
- Apply the PECB IMS2 methodology and other best practices to implement an AIMS in compliance with ISO/IEC 42001
- Support an organization in the implementation, maintenance, and continual improvement of an AIMS
- Assist an organization in preparing for a certification audit conducted by an independent body
- Successfully pass the PECB ISO/IEC 42001 Lead Implementer exam and obtain one of the four associated certifications

Day 1: Introduction to ISO/IEC 42001 and AIMS

Day 2: Planning the Implementation of an AIMS

Day 3: Implementing an AIMS
- Establishing AIMS policies and procedures

- Assessing compliance with ISO/IEC 42001:2023 requirements
Day 4: Monitoring, Continuous Improvement, and Preparing for Certification Audit
