Presentation
Becoming a manager is an important milestone in your professional career, and succeeding in this role requires specific skills, attitudes and actions. This course offers a series of lessons and self-assessment tests to help you discover, accept and become aware of your natural management approaches. You will then develop these approaches through a series of role-playing exercises.
The program comprises 6 modules with case studies in small groups, briefings and debriefings in plenary sessions, and collaborative workshops. By the end of the course, you will have management tools and methods you can apply immediately.
With its practical focus, this course places considerable emphasis on hands-on exercises, which account for 60 to 70% of the training time.
Please note: for in-company training, a scoping meeting will be offered before the course starts to tailor the program to participants' objectives and working environment.
