PMI-ACP® : Agile Certified Practitioner addresses agile practices in project environments. This PMI certification is not limited to one framework: it brings different approaches into perspective to support adaptation, collaboration and value delivery. It is relevant to professionals working with agile teams, with attention to user needs and feedback from experience.

Useful preparation can begin with concrete situations: a priority changes, a dependency blocks the team or an outcome does not meet the need. The aim is to explain how to inspect the situation and adapt the approach rather than follow a ritual out of habit. Collective adaptability is therefore an important learning objective. Training should reflect the participant's experience and PMI's eligibility requirements. Attending a course remains separate from earning the certification, and practical reflection helps connect the concepts with decisions that teams face during delivery. Different contexts may call for different practices.
