Presentation
Today, being a good manager means being able to plan and make decisions about strategy, perception, trust and ethics in developing both your own talents and those of your entire team. In this context, mobilising and bringing employees together around a shared action requires leadership. However, the ability to be both heard and respected is not innate.
This 3-day course comprises 7 modules with subgroup case studies, briefings and plenary debriefings. With its operational focus, it gives substantial space to practical exercises, which account for 60 to 70% of the training time.
By the end of the program, each participant will have management tools and methods that can be applied immediately to develop their team’s skills and autonomy.
Please note: for in-company training, a scoping meeting will be offered before the course begins to tailor the program to participants’ objectives and working context.
