Presentation
Disciplined Agile Senior Scrum Master (DASSM)™ training enables participants to lead one or more agile teams. This advanced program focuses on Disciplined Agile and provides the tools needed to make major strategic decisions within your organisation.
The DASSM™ program is designed for experienced agile project management professionals, particularly those who hold or have held a leadership role and seek a broader perspective for applying agility within their business and team.
During this 2-day course, you will learn to master agile thinking and develop agile and Lean approaches using the Disciplined Agile toolkit. You will explore the tools needed to choose your Way of Working (WoW). You will also be assessed through the official DASSM™ exam from the Project Management Institute (PMI), enabling you to earn Disciplined Agile Senior Scrum Master certification.
Objectives
By the end of the DASSM™ course, you will be able to:

Taking PMI's DASSM™ exam
After the program, you have 30 days to take the DASSM™ exam online (1 attempt). You must answer 50 multiple-choice questions within ¹ 90 minutes.
¹ The total exam session lasts 120 minutes: 30 minutes for the introduction, tutorial and survey, and up to 90 minutes for the exam.

Prerequisites
The DASSM™ course requires:
- at least 2 years of experience in an agile team, preferably in a leadership role such as Disciplined Agile Scrum Master, Scrum Master, Product Owner or Architecture Owner;
- completion of the Disciplined Agile Scrum Master (DASM)™ course (recommended, not mandatory);
- completion of PMI's online Disciplined Agile basics course.
