Presentation
This course helps HR professionals and managers better anticipate changes in occupations, jobs and skills within their organisation.
Participants will learn to identify the skills their company will need tomorrow, compare these needs with existing skills and build concrete actions: training, recruitment, internal mobility, career support or talent development.
The course is 100% operational: it uses examples, case studies and workshops to explain the key stages of a GPEC/GEPP approach: analysing roles, mapping skills, identifying gaps, building career paths and establishing a clear action plan.
By the end of the course, participants will be able to contribute to a structured GPEC approach, track skills needs and propose solutions suited to their company's objectives.
