Presentation
VMware vSphere is server virtualisation software widely used by organisations with complex information systems. It consolidates hardware resources, optimises workloads and supports high availability for critical services. To ensure service continuity across a vSphere infrastructure, organisations need IT professionals who can respond effectively when incidents occur.
This course develops advanced technical skills for troubleshooting a VMware vSphere environment. Over 5 days, you will build expertise in troubleshooting deployments, clusters, licensing, compute, storage and networking. You will also learn to diagnose incidents using VCF Operations, the central monitoring tool for vSphere Foundation infrastructure.
By the end of the program, you will be able to resolve deployment, cluster, storage and network issues, as well as incidents involving VCF Operations and VCF Operations Orchestrator. It also prepares you for the official VMware vSphere Foundation 9.0 Support exam (2V0-18.25), included in our offer (see the Certification tab for details).

Oo2 works with Fastlane, a Broadcom-authorised centre, to organise your VMware certification exams. This partnership enables you to take official Broadcom exams directly through partner Fastlane centres.
