CBAP® (Certified Business Analysis Professional) is now one of the world's most widely recognised certification programmes. Experienced business analysts are in high demand across organisations, particularly in project management and the transformation of processes and information systems. This also applies to businesses involved in product marketing, commercial offerings and procurement.
Through this 5-day CBAP course, business analysis professionals develop new skills and knowledge in advanced techniques, best practices, and planning and designing new business strategies. Experienced business analysts supporting project business owners can deepen their theoretical and practical understanding through the BABOK® framework. Each participant can therefore develop their analytical expertise, including requirements specification, elicitation, communication, requirements life cycle management and solution evaluation.
Finally, this course enables you to take the official CBAP® examination leading to the Certified Business Analysis Professional credential. Certified participants can keep their knowledge current in the IT sector and strengthen their skills across all aspects of business analysis.
