Presentation
Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification demonstrates your ability to lead complex, large-scale continuous improvement projects. As a Black Belt, you master advanced Lean Six Sigma tools and methods to transform organisations, optimise processes and achieve significant results. This certification positions you as a leader in transformation and operational excellence within your organisation.
This LSS Black Belt course develops the skills needed to lead complex continuous improvement projects and achieve lasting results. You will learn to apply the DMAIC methodology in depth, master advanced statistical tools such as hypothesis testing and design of experiments, and develop the project management techniques and leadership skills needed to drive change. Through case studies and multiple-choice questions, you will apply your knowledge to real situations and build your expertise.

By the end of this 5-day programme, you will also be ready to take the Council for Six Sigma Certification (CSSC) Black Belt exam, included in our offer (see the Certification tab for details).
Objectives
By the end of this Lean Six Sigma Black Belt course, you will be able to:
- master Lean Six Sigma fundamentals and their application in different contexts;
- lead complex continuous improvement projects using DMAIC: Define, Measure, Analyse, Improve and Control;
- apply advanced statistical tools to analyse data, identify root causes and assess solution effectiveness;
- use Lean tools to optimise processes, reduce waste and improve customer value;
- manage project teams, communicate effectively with stakeholders and drive change;
- prepare effectively for the CSSC Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification exam.
