Evaluating the user experience
- Define principles, methods and best practices.
- Master writing a test protocol and collecting user feedback.
- Learn A/B testing to increase the chances of success.
- Use heat maps.
Workshop: Write and conduct a user test, then adapt the MVP based on what you learn.
Pitching your project
- Learn the concepts needed to master pitching.
