The ITIL™ 4 Specialist: Create, Deliver and Support (CDS) course prepares you to manage and optimise IT services. Learn to create, deliver and support effective digital solutions while improving customer satisfaction.
Designed for ITIL practitioners and IT managers, this module helps you improve existing processes, manage IT teams effectively and optimise value streams and workflows. It also supports alignment between digital services and business strategy and improves service development. The programme facilitates the adoption of new technologies through Lean, Agile and DevOps ways of working.
