Presentation
Business Process Model (BPM) is a tool for designing, implementing and controlling business processes. A process is a series of measures or activities carried out by different teams to achieve objectives and create value for the company. BPM therefore simplifies the modelling and design of these processes, as well as information systems integration, operational activity supervision and change control.
The BPM 2 Fundamental course (an essential prerequisite for other BPM courses) provides the foundational knowledge needed for a sound understanding of business process models. It covers business concepts and terminology, motivation, activity planning and business process management. It also addresses aspects of the BPMN 2 standard, including analytical and descriptive conformance, process quality, governance and performance measurement.
By the end of this 5-day programme, you will master the challenges, stages and risks of implementing a BPM project. You will also learn to model different processes and be ready to take the BPM Fundamental certification exam.

Taking the BPM 2 Fundamental exam (OMG-OCEB2-FUND100)
