Today, the DevOps approach is a technical practice transforming the IT sector. It enables businesses to bring development and operations teams together to automate application deployments and optimise service quality, but depends primarily on organisational culture. Establishing and sustaining a DevOps culture is a daily challenge.
This course develops the skills to lead a DevOps transformation in your organisation. You will learn to master DevOps tools and methods, foster cultural change, design an appropriate operating model and measure initiative performance. You will also develop the leadership skills needed to support your team throughout the transformation and embed a lasting DevOps culture in your business.

- anyone wishing to explore modern IT leadership and organisational change methods.
Prerequisites
The following prerequisites apply:
- ability to read and understand English to take the official exam;
- knowledge of software development fundamentals, including life cycles and agile methodologies;
- basic infrastructure knowledge: servers, networking, storage and cloud computing;
- basic knowledge of DevOps tools such as Git, Docker, Kubernetes, Ansible and Jenkins;
- understanding of agile and lean concepts, including Scrum and Kanban;
- experience in development, system administration or DevOps engineering is advised;
- participation in projects involving DevOps practices is also recommended.
