Presentation
The ITIL® 4 Specialist: High Velocity IT (HVIT) course provides the knowledge and tools to work in high-velocity digital environments. Designed for experienced ITIL practitioners, it also welcomes anyone involved in digital transformation or moving towards Lean, Agile or DevOps ways of working.
The programme helps you align business and IT objectives, recognise and manage complex adaptive systems, and bridge development and operations. It also enables you to improve performance through new approaches, increase service speed and quality, and implement digital tools and techniques that create value.
